Shipping & Delivery
- Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei
- FREE standard shipping (via regular mail).
- Express courier shipping (doorstep delivery with tracking) is available for local Singapore orders for an additional SGD$7.00.
- Tracking for Malaysia & Brunei is available for an additional SGD$8.00.
- Rest of the world
- FLAT RATE SGD$10.00 shipping fee (with tracking).
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 3 working days upon verification of payment.
- All products are handmade to order. From time to time, some delays may be encountered due to fluctuations in demand and restocking of materials. We will notify you immediately of any delays and provide an estimated timeframe for fulfilment.
- Shipping times vary depending on destination. Please allow approx:
- Standard shipping (regular mail) for Singapore orders: 3-5 working days
- Express shipping (doorstep delivery with tracking) for Singapore orders: 2-3 working days
- International shipping (with tracking): 7-14 working days
- During special events and peak periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Black Friday and New Year, post offices may require a longer processing time and a 5-10 day delay can be expected.
- We will endeavour to deliver goods to you within the times stated, however goods are subject to availability and delays with shipping are sometimes out of our control.
- The customer is responsible for all duties and custom fees incurred during shipment.
- We highly recommend selecting the tracking option to ensure delivery. We will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged packages when standard shipping is used.
Returns & Refunds
- All Jambu beads products are carefully inspected before delivery. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind on your order, so please choose carefully.
- If we agree to an exception then an exchange will only be done if the item is in its original condition and packaging (unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any exchange for returns that are received in unsatisfactory condition or lost in the mailing process.
- All shipping charges involved in the exchange will be borne by the customer.
- We highly recommend selecting the trackable shipping option. We will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen or damaged items when standard shipping is used.
